May 13, 2015 - Yeah, I'm enjoying this one w/ maturity as well, Ben. Nice medium golden color in the glass. Aromas and flavors of lemon, sourdough bread, herbs, and minerals, along w/ a little nutty, oxidation notes and a light lingering bitterness on the finish. Still nice acidity and medium+ body and finish. Glad I held onto one of these.

April 9, 2014 - Did the Friulano mature well? Yes indeed. Now almost rich like a butter cream pastry on the mid palate (but of course of entirely different flavors), very long and lingering finish. Maybe the flavors are a touch of maturity? Yes, I think so. Not over the hill, but right in the prime of middle age. Three years this way or that and its gorgeous now. Sings on the back.

September 17, 2013 - Consistent with previous note, but showing a little oxidative quality as well, in the best possible way. Drinking great right now, and wish I had more than one left.

July 24, 2011 - Very Riesling-like rubber/autobody dominated nose right off, but transitioned to toast with air?less yeasty/sourdough and more toasted, crusty bread. Creamy mouth feel with nice, lemon-lime acidity that stays on the tongue for a good 45 secs. to a min. Great with seafood and I'd say would balance a cream sauce on pasta nicely. Well made.

December 17, 2010 - Corked again! 2 out of 5 bottles I've opened this year... Bad luck or bad management?
