March 10, 2024 - A unique cuvee made from old vines by one of the most renowned pioneers of Priorat. A blend of 60% 80+ year old Carinena and 40% 30+ year old Garnacha. Aged in new and second use chestnut barrels and demijohns. Deep ruby colour. Medium+ intensity aroma of juicy blackberries, blueberries, earth, cocoa, incense, Asian spices. Full body, deeply concentrated, powerful and ripe, full of spiced lush black and red fruit flavours, sweet tobacco notes, medium acidity, medium+ tannins. 1100 bottles produced.

June 24, 2022 - Decanted 4 hours. Brownish red colour. Initial sweet dark fruit on palate with leathery notes. Finish was initially tannic but smoothed out after a few hours. Very good but palate has a rather abrupt ending after initial sweet fruit.

July 15, 2019 - - Brick color and has flavours of tobacco, prune, vanilla and cherry - Wow, this was an incredible wine. Balanced but with forward ripe deep cherry, firm tannins and silky aftertaste. Wish I had more. Drink now or next 3 years. Cheers.

    September 1, 2014 - 60% Carignan (70 year old vines), 40% Grenache (20 years).
Overall nice, but I find it hard to get too excited because some sour notes seem out of place.
I prefer the previous vintage (2010 Cami Pesseroles).
I also prefer the Clos Martinet from the same vintage (2011).
