  October 3, 2022 - First I was afraid… that it was too soon… But as the level went steadily down in the bottle and more air came in over 2 days the wine began to really sing. Plenty of fruit, good tannins, high alcohol that adds just enough exoticism. A finish that doesn’t, bringing a finale of peppery anise. Revisit in 5 years

  August 9, 2022 - From Coravin pour - first impressions: throws a bit of heat at opening, but this blows off quickly. Likely to benefit from a few hours of decanting. For now, from the Coravin sample… spices, black licorice, cracked pepper, some smoke, a bit of oak. But, quickly evolving in the glass. Will come back to this for a more proper tasting.

  May 16, 2020 - Great Priorat blend of Garnacha, Carignan & Syrah: blackberries, black currant, cherry, leather, plum, tobacco, medium to full body, well integrated tannins and oak, great long aftertaste.

  February 8, 2017 - We had dinner at Selden standard, Detroit, just a fantastic meal. We enjoyed this at dinner, very much in the priorat flavor profile.
