February 24, 2017 - Shame on me - this is past it's prime. So I will be a bit lenient in the score.
To the nose, apple (jonagold > green > red) and pear. On the palate, same flavors with good acidity and minerality. Creamy with only slight butter.
Just not too crisp. Wish I had opened this months ago!

May 31, 2015 - Clean mineral and citrus on nose
Slightly buttery, toast and mineral, hints of nuts, long finish

December 9, 2014 - Despite being a little bit one dimensional, this was really a fantastic wine. The flavor of the grape shined through, and the complete lack of oak was a great decision by the winemaking team. Quite fragrant, crisp acidity and mouthfeel, flavorful and a pretty decent finish. It's got a hint of that buttery-ness that you get from malolactic fermentation, but it's not overpowering. Overall, great wine.
