September 3, 2021 - Decanted for 2 hours. Deep gold amber color. Nose shows age, but proper for a 30 year old white. Honey, sea brine and an anise element on the nose. Lovely palate, deep, luxurious and viscous with a surprising mid palate sweetness and just a touch of bitter lemon rind on the finish. Outstanding, this got better in the glass.

August 16, 2020 - Popped and poured and enjoyed a few glasses over 2 hours. Golden yellow color and definitely a sound bottle. Fully mature retaining hints of citrus fruit but deeper notes of honey and dried fruit are now at the fore. Like all Raveneau, it gains complexity and gets better with air and of course the last sip was best. Drink now as these aren't getting any better.

April 11, 2020 - Great bottle. Still vibrant fruit underpinned by tangy rocky notes.

March 4, 2020 - Terrific bottle w/ classic Chablis typicity and tension. Have had this bottle a number of times w/ a fair bit of bottle variation, though.

February 21, 2020 - More rich botrytis notes than other bottles. Still quite enjoyable, but certainly not as incisive and clean as others.
