November 1, 2016 - Nose: Very aromatic, tropical fruits , rose floral notes, I guess due to the mix of different "Alsatian cepages
Palate: Quite lively and sharp with a tonic lime medium finish. well balanced.
    overall: good wine, 88+
pair well with asian food, in my case chicken thai(light sweet)

September 7, 2016 - a mix of sixth different types of white grapes from Alsace, a very aromatic wine. Quite vivacious wine but with Lots flavors in the nose, good balance of acidity, medium long finish.
Perfect for spicy world and Asian kitchen in general as it purpose. Good wine overall

November 4, 2015 - Pure & clean wine. Nose a light touch from Gewurztraminer, fruity and dry. Great to pair with food, very comfortable and friendly. 15/20
