  February 24, 2024 - Field berries, white chocolate, maybe a touch of sweet tobacco leaf and old leather. Some Dr Pepper buried in there.

  June 17, 2023 - Decanted off the light fine sediment.
  Aromas show a mixture of over-ripe strawberry, raspberry preserves, bramble, herbs, chocolate mint, cinnamon stick, star anise, five spice, white pepper, cherry cola and hints of leather.
  The palate shows purely zinfandel characteristics with smooth textures, above moderate abv that ride alongside the moderate (wood influenced) tannins and berry like acidity. Flavors follow the nose with a rustic and wild streak of strawberry and herbs shrub, bramble, five spice, leather, earth, bruised mint, cherry cola and hints of rosemary and white pepper. Rich and plump with an old school build.

  June 6, 2022 - Still drinking very well, full bodied with lots of dark fruit aromas and flavours.
  Some tertiary with hint of leather.
