  March 1, 2024 - Sehr kräftige Farbe. Die Nase ist Riesling pur, Apfel, Pfirsich, Mirabellen, sehr reife Frucht, auch be, ein Hauch Botrytis, gereifte Noten, Petrol. Im Gaumen mit markanter Säure, trocken, gradlinig, straff, nervig, gut strukturiert, grosser Spannungsbogen, gute Länge. Ein Wein mit Charakter, allerdings weiter entwickelt als erwartet. Trinken bis 2030

  December 18, 2021 - Gyllen farge. Høy syre. Mye "mineraler". Men godt balansert. Lang ettersmak. Godt på vei utviklet med noe sekundæraromaer. Tørr stil.

  N: pronounced! Wow, leaps out the glass. Pithy white grapefruit, mandarin, preserved lemon, a hint of something fleshier, sweeter, like vanilla or custard pear. Complex and alluring.
  
  P: high acidity - obviously - which still has a biting, pithy edge to it. Bracing and grippy! Really textured, has very solid bones here which suggests this is even a bit young, or full acid-heads. But lovely canvas of flavours - bracing citrus with a suggestion of creamier notes, maybe some light fresh mushroom showing a little development? But this is a baby. Long finish, with intertwining prickly acidity and hints of that fleshy/creamy character.
  
  Outstanding wine, love it, but it is in a slightly austere style. Can definitely age for longer so round itself out. Yum.
  
  Opened for Riesling Day 2021, because any excuse!

  October 28, 2019 - Die Lage ist hier Programm! Hohe Mineralität, straffe aber perfekt eingebundene Säure, eine gewisse Dunkelheit und Bitterkeit kommt durch. Richtig knackig mit Zug und tollem Trinkfluss. Sehr lecker!! 94+P
