October 13, 2023 - Wines you should have bought by cases (San Shu Gong): Blinded. Served with the other Bordeaux, this had lots of graphite, pencil lead, red fruits. Drinking beautifully. Impressive showing from a hot vintage, had none of the jammy fruits.
