Robe rouge rubis d'une belle intensité, brillante
Nez de petits fruits rouges, fraises et cassis se démarquent
Une première avec ce producteur. J'ai lu dernièrement de bonnes critiques dans Bourgogne d'Aujourd'hui donc j'ai acheté et je ne suis pas déçu...du très bon jus! :!:
Me rappel quelque peu La Framboisière de Faiveley en plus raffiné, élégant.
Mettre en carafe au moins une heure avant de boire. -

March 3, 2015 - Terrific burgundy, a bit fruit forward, extremely well balanced, absence of minerality and of other tones (barnyard, leather). Slightest of cherry tones.. Acidic on opening but it mellowed substantially with a 15 minutes' glass time.
Plus, it's a killer label, very beautiful in a "Babar and Celeste" kind of way.1 person found this helpful Comment
