September 11, 2014 - a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the best terroirs in Romania for this grape, Bolovanu region, in Samburesti, Olt County.
The wine is kept 15-18 months in oak and another 6 months in bottle before releasing to the market.
Color is beautiful ruby red and the taste is dry and complex with nice taste and long after taste. Should be good for another 10-12 years. -

September 11, 2014 - A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon matured for 15-18 months in small oak barrels. 2009 was a very successful vintage for Romania and for this wine. Deep red color, the nose is well developed, intense and complex. It somehow resembles a Left Bank Bordeaux. Notes of cassis, smoke, paprika and spices make up the sweet and complex nose. Full bodied but supple on the palate, with assertive but well polished tannins, this is rich in flavors. Medium to long finish, with dark chocolate aftertaste (90-91/100)
