December 18, 2010 - A very light cab. We opened a 5 liter bottle for a christmas party and it served the purpose. This looks smells and tastes more like a Pinot than a Cab. It was good for a party in that it is light enough for newer red wine drinkers but passable more experienced red drinkers. Opened seven hours prior to serving.
