September 13, 2014 - I love good Provençal rosé; it is one of those rare wines that, at their best, combine fun with seriousness. This is a lovely introduction. Pale pink, it nods to the fresher side - roses, mandarine orange and southern French herbs such as thyme and a salty inference of the sea on the nose, before showing a textured, balanced jammy fruit side. This combination makes for a glass that is dangerously easy to drink, but will also hold your attention for the duration of the bottle.
