June 14, 2004 - Tasted at Biodynmic growers tasting NYC. All Chardonnay but not any of the negative aspects I usually find in Chardonnay based wines. Bubbles just explode on the palate. Very minerally. Finish keeps building. This is a wonderful Champagne.
