Community Tasting Notes 2

September 18, 2021 - Fresh nose of minerals, citrus, and herbs. Nice acidity on the palate with lime, crushed rocks, and a hint of stone fruit. Excellent balance and a long finish. Really lovely Jura Chardonnay, awesome wine!

August 27, 2020 - Deep gold with orange hues. Complex aromas of dried pineapple, honey, golden apples, straw and flor. Dry and bright, full bodied with an oily mouthfeel, good balance, multilayered. Ripe fruit, funky, reminds me of Sherry. Great wine.

It's so crazy how oxidation can taste so good in Jura but horrible in Burgundy, about an hour drive away.
