  January 10, 2011 - Despite being well past its suggested drinking window this wine is not dead yet. Still very dark purple in the glass but the fruit has really faded out. I will look to buy a recent vintage to taste this wine in its prime.

  June 29, 2006 - Opaque purple in colour with hints of brick red. On the nose there are lifted aromas of mulberry, cassis with a hint of currants. Nuances of dried straw and eucalypt add freshness and density to this beautiful nose. In the mouth, flavours of cracked pepper, cedar, intense cherries and wood smoke. The palate is rich, balanced by firm well integrated tannin. A lovely and yummi experience with typical Italien grapes from Down Under...

  March 4, 2006 - Deep red in colour, primary aroma almost a cab sauv. The wine is medium complexity uith a medium length. There is a little sueetness.
