Vino Pérlant, a metà strada tra uno spumante e un bianco secco.
Leggera velatura carbonica. Molto sulfureo, birroso e affumicato.
davvero particolare, anche se piuttosto asciutto e crudo.
In bocca è una rivelazione. Magistrale equilibrio tra l' anidride carbonica, lo zucchero, il calore e la sapidità.
Riempie il palato di una ampiezza senza peso, favorita dall' espansione dell' anidride carbonica che è sempre misurata, mai effervescente quanto quella di uno spumante classico.
Sembra un biscotto liquido da dessert, con una persistenza incredibile.
