May 6, 2015 - Rose from one of the few grapes that has red free-run juice. Opulent, lowish acid and off-dry. This is yummy and would be nice as an aperitif during summer, perhaps with Parma ham and melon. Certainly not fine wine, but with the right food, this would be lots of fun.

April 17, 2015 - I first tasted this at the winery and thought it just wonderful, probably my favourite rose. Light but not watery, on the sweeter side but not sickly and low in alcohol making an afternoon glass near mandatory in the Sydney summer, if not a whole bottle. Perfect with strawberries and/or salmon.

November 8, 2014 - (tasting@Rockford) Rose and light ruby in glass. Soft floral perfume, with soft berries, red plums, slight spice. Gentle and clean, with off stewed flavors. Easy, savoury, soft tannins. Odd fishy finish.

October 2, 2014 - Brilliant berry colour. Low alcohol at 10%. My drinking companion enjoyed it greatly, I was more neutral. A quaffer. Buttery fruit, soft.
