September 15, 2019 - this was superb tonight with seared duck breast. mostly tannin structure and fruit more rich than i was expecting. showing some signs of age and not sure how this will hold up so will drink last bottle soon

May 6, 2019 - PNP. cork wet 1/3rd way up but intact. color bricking. nose has a whiff of reduction and some stewed veggies/earth. swishing shows mostly acid structure with juicy fruit and fine grained tannins sneaking in the back. finish is lengthy and fruit/acid driven. siping shws bright strawberry type fruit which is the ony hint to me that this is austrian or german. i likey. i wouldn't wait too long to drink this

August 8, 2018 - Sweetly scented floral nose, forest floor, red fruits, sour cherries , fresh with lengthy acidic mid palate and ending. Silky texture. Brownish purple . Lithe and yet so alcoholic.....tight initially, needs decanting for about an hour. Refreshing!
