January 16, 2021 - Room temp - I should have chilled. Again, herbaceous and mineral. Cherry. Light though balanced mouthfeel and finish.

April 6, 2020 - Chill on the bottle made the first taste an utterly welcome refreshment. Crisp, dry, balanced and approachable. Still enough tannic structure to welcome food but not so overwhelming that it cannot be drunk on its own. I find more minerals than leather and spice. Succulent cherry without becoming mawkish or trite. Almost a touch of floral (or at least ruminating on the herbaceous). Excellent finish for a Chianti. A welcome retreat!

July 19, 2016 - Very aromatic; big fresh cherry juice flavors. Better slightly chilled.Needs food. Openned up quickly. Smooth tanins. Not overly complex
