November 15, 2014 - The 2011 McGraw Cab has excellent balance. Earthy aromas explode from this vintage and never really die down till the bottle was gone. The body of the wine was full with soft tannins that took extra long to finish. This wine drinks more like a fine Bordeaux than a Sonoma cabernet.
