August 2, 2016 - Showing some oxidation, more nuts and spice and less citrus than other recent bottles. The hot humid weather and recent rain probably isn't doing it any favors either. With air, it opens up and picks up a little more citrus and some vanilla, but with enough tartness to keep it fresh.

June 19, 2016 - Tasty & unique. Lemongrass, passion fruit, mandarin orange and a hint of jalapeno. Fruitier notes than many SBs but quite tasty. Medium minerality and light acidity add structure. Drink through next year.
