Community Tasting Notes 2

April 26, 2017 - Last time I tried this a year ago, it was reductive. Today this is PNP gorgeous. all the salinity of great muscadet with a touch weight similar to cru Chablis.

June 7, 2015 - Nose: Beautiful melon and rosemary stems with a hint of mineral and some floral accents as it opens.

Palate: Fresh and clean with vibrant melon fruit, crisp saline mineral and delicate with a subtle floral and minty notes.

Big acidity although well integrated. The bottle has some life left and may develop a bit more complexity with time although, I wouldn't wait more than 3-5 years
