December 31, 2018 - Another nice bottle - very Brouilly but not too heavy or brooding.

October 15, 2016 - Well made Brouilly typical of this producer. Excellent balance of fruit and tannins making for easy drinking. Highly recommended.

July 30, 2016 - Fairly deep violet colour and sweet, almost Southern Rhone-ish/Grenachey nose, as seems to be the case with Bouland Bojos at least in the riper years that I've tasted. On the palate this has less weight than Bouland's Morgons, though still more than the Chiroubles. Good balance, finishes with mineral notes. Solid stuff.

April 10, 2016 - Gorgeous ruby color. A good Cru Beaujolais must deliver awesome aromatics, and this one surely does: bright and dark cherries, some roses, along with a white pepper and crushed rocks, so pretty and elegant. The acidity is crisp and refreshing and so alive, but there’s a fine and dusty tannic presence. Pure black cherries, tart strawberries, a lovely earth, dark soil, graphite, violets, roses, white pepper, sweet basil, lasting minerals. A lovely and pure expression Gamay that is beautiful to drink now (as seems to be the case with 2013s)

September 26, 2015 - This is a very good Cru-Beaujolais. It is balanced, pleasant and light/medium bodied, with very nice and regionally typical flavors of cherry, cranberry and lingonberry. For 1 year ago this wine was a bit raw, but not anymore. Serving this lightly chilled, ca. 30 minutes after taking it from the wine fridge, was a good decision.

September 24, 2015 - La Paulée Meets Chicago: Off the Grid Tasting (City Winery - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Lots of red cherry on nose and palate with subtle spice. Slightly firm tannins, but overall harmonious and charming. An excellent value with 90+ point potential. Good now and also cellarworthy.

October 29, 2014 - Very nice sour cherry aromas and flavors. There is some smoke on the nose, too. The wine has a good structure with a lively acidity. This is a bit thin and tight, though. I was missing bigger and deeper fruitiness on the palate. Let's see how my second bottle will develop in the next 2-3 years.
