Community Tasting Notes 1

January 30, 2007 - Nose-cherry and sweet oak, color-light ruby, body - medium, taste - cherry with mineral accent, acidic, mild tannins. Nice wine - went well with a chicken/ham/swiss croissant. Felt it settled down on the second night and the fruit came forward with the heat subsiding. A bit pricey for the quality but would buy again.
