February 11, 2015 - I'm really happy to try a South American wine that interests me and leaves me with something else than pure fruit and oak. Even though there is plenty of this here.

Big nose with lots of fruit, blackcurrants, bilberries and plums together with well balanced oak, mostly coconuts and a little chocolate. But there is also a bit of funk and Spanish vanilla/dill. No one ever doubted that this could have been something else than Spain (theme of the night). Young and vibrant on the palate, with a medium acidity, medium+ body, round and smooth and high intensity. Long, long finish.

November 30, 2014 - Retailer tasting (@ vdH): Cassis and other dark berry fruits, sweet spices, some smoke. Ok acidity and noticeable sweetness. Concentrated new world style and good length.
