March 20, 2023 - 开头有着比较绵密的奶香，和瑞士卷之类的酵母味比较微妙地结合在一起，随后出现白花香，成熟的苹果、柑橘等果香会随着气味行进变得明晰起来，各种有丝缕酵母味，不重，不过增添了恰到好处的焦糖和些许坚果味。喝起来比较圆润饱满，酸度也能支撑起整体，果味有些成熟的橘子，熟苹果，油桃，带着淡淡的氧化味，整体均衡协调，后段也够长。92+/100

October 18, 2017 - Best quite cold. Pretty quenching, quite a bit of lemon and citrus, nice mouthfeel. A bit sour on the finish.
