August 9, 2020 - Tannins dropped out. Velvety deep purple. Fine grained. Well kept bottles in a fantastic spot.

October 15, 2015 - Very good "Cocktail" drinking wine. Very good with cheese. Will stand up to some foods, but does not have really heavy tannins so fatty foods should be avoided as they will overwhelm the wine.
