January 19, 2024 - Beautifully aged - berry, rose and forest floor notes present, fruit was not diminished but mellowed. Long finish - enjoyed by all.

April 28, 2023 - We can’t throw enough praise at this wine. Incredibly smooth, delicious rich flavor profile that is fully integrated into a wine like no other. Be sure to decant to help facilitate the full integration.

July 22, 2018 - Lovely with tomatoes from the garden, sausage & homemade pasta (night one) / sourdough pizza (night 2). For some reason the Matthiasson Refosco in its multiple forms always strikes the balance of milk chocolate... a touch creamy, balanced acid, light tannin, awesome.
