July 20, 2016 - Hat sich mit zunehmender Kellerreife gut entwickelt . Die Säure ist nicht mehr so dominant , so dass Aroma von geschnittenem Gras , leichte Stachelbeere , Muschelkalk zunehmend spürbar sind. noch liegenlassen !

July 26, 2015 - Opened 20 minutes out of frig. Light straw in color. Citrus with some flinty component on the nose. Lemon-lime sprite like on the initial attack with a crisp mid palate transitioning to a long viscous finish. Strong acidity that I enjoy but may be strong for some.
