April 2, 2017 - Honey, almond, citrus and citrus peel on the nose, beautiful texture on the palate with the nuttiness from aging and the ripe but fading peach/apricot flavours present especially on the back palate. Definitely at its peak - perhaps slightly on the downward side but delicious none the less. Long finish of citrus and dried fruit and a touch of salinity. Lovely!

Even after two days, it's still showing peach and other stone fruit, with amazing minerality and some salinity! Wish I had more!!
