December 25, 2015 - Held up very well over the years. Most notable was the bone dry finish.

September 5, 2013 - This wasn't quite as good as previous bottles I have had of the same wine. I had grilled a nice NY strip and it actually didn't go well while eating it. Needed to open up. Definitely tasted better a few hours after opening so will let my last bottle age some more before opening or will decant.
