May 23, 2022 - Pnp. Paired w poached sea bass. Used it to cook as well. Elegant. Notes of citrus, lemons, limes and grapefruit and Minerality shined. Good acidity. Nice pairing. In a good place tonight.

June 25, 2017 - Elegant Sancerre. Lemon and limes and soms flintstone. The is a bit of roundness to is. Enjoyable for sure, nothing special though. Somewhat average.

September 21, 2016 - Light golden yellow in color. Forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes, pears & gooseberries with lovely floral & mineral overtones, warm linen notes, stony/flinty, herbs, some grassiness & smoky. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty & vibrant, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, pears & white grapefruit with minerals, herbs, stones & smoky. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present although it would be interesting to see how it continues to develop with further aging.

May 12, 2015 - Negociants Australia New Release Tasting: Herbs on the nose. Palate is fairly clean, not that much interest but it is easy to drink.
