July 18, 2015 - Pop and pour with a simple decant for sediment. Very open on the nose and immediately identifiable as classic burgundy. No noticable brett unlike some of the other PR cuvees. A bit less dynamic upon tasting, but still with the earthy, dark fruit notes and hint of Asian spice that makes it a nice treat. If it were more available in the US I would have more in my cellar... although a bit on the expensive side for bourgogne. ~2000 bottles produced this vintage.
