May 27, 2023 - Drank with mini vertical including the 2012 vintage.
Interesting comparison, my '12 was fading, not nearly the depth of tannins, and the overall taste profile was more subdued.
The 2013 was much more bold and robust, still strong within its drinking window.
Glad that I opened and drank both as was clearly time for the 2012. -

August 27, 2021 - The castle was great and the wine is awesome! Decanted an hour plus and it evolved while drinking. Sediment was heavy but really delicious.

November 14, 2020 - Very good wine. Easy finish. Lots of herbs on the palate. No harsh tannins. Which i take as ready to drink now. Will not get any better with time.
