November 14, 2011 - While drank well beyond the "drink date", we stumbled upon a half-case leftover from a vendor event... Still good, especially after about 6 hours of decanting (based on last review we saw in May 2011) - hints of smoke, coffee, black cherry and toffee. Will consume the others very soon!

May 6, 2006 - Pinot Noir Dinner (Wino-dome): Every bit as good as the last one I had. Rich, mouth-filling cola, spice, leather and earth. Big, bold and masculine, but still recognizable as pinot. The group was shocked to hear that this was the cheapest wine we drank. The undisputed QPR champ.

March 25, 2006 - Seems like I'm drinking lots of 90-point PNs lately from the Sonoma Coast, and here's another one. Dark ruby color, spicy dried morello cherries and tar on the nose. Nice silky feel in the mouth, with a little more spice and plum jam than cherry. Medium finish. Second day it seems much more alcoholic, but still tasty. Apparently this is from 22 year-old vines in Carneros. There's a lot to love for $20.
