May 18, 2018 - Straw, light, didn’t pack a huge punch. Reminded me of nothing Willett had ever produced. Light for older whiskey with that much wood contact

December 16, 2016 - Nose. Dripping caramel. Molasses. Full nasal coating. Samoa Girl Scout cookies. Yum.
Palate. More Samoa cookies. Can almost taste the crunch and chew. Thick simple syrup made with demerera sugar. Winter orange. Post oak and pecan.
Finish. Glides down back of throat where it rests nicely with simple syrup and caramel butter.
Overall this is an exquisite whiskey
