July 16, 2017 - Un accueil mitigé pour ce cava. Sur 4 personnes, 2 ont aimé, un a carrément détesté, et une autre n'a pas vraiment apprécié. Je suis parmi les 2 qui ont aimé. J'ai trouvé un mousseux à la bulle fine, à l'acidité bien dosée et avec ce côté un peu noisette que prennent les blancs avec l'âge. Par-contre, j'ai trouvé le tout un peu anodin.
Se positionnant dans le haut de l'échelle des prix dans l'appellation, disons que les attentes n'ont pas été comblées ici. Ne sera donc pas un rachat. -

It is a very good quality wine. It has a nice flavour concentration and a very good finish, and it shows some complexity provided by autolytic notes and well-layered fruity aromas, but a better example of this style could be more complex. Can drink now, but it has enough fruit concentration and some acidity to develop a bit more of complexity in the next 2-3 years.
