September 17, 2022 - Full bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and very fruity on the palate with great complexity and mouthfeel.

Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, earth, spices, tobacco, chocolates, coffee, cola, vanilla, mocha and peppercorn.

Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.

This 10 year old is rich, extracted, engaging and fruit forward. Feels like a Napa Cabernet based Bordeaux blend.

Wine Spectator 94 points. Robert Parker 94 points.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Good by itself as a sipping wine. Just gorgeous.

100% Garnacha grapes were aged in (70%) French and (30%) American oak barrels for 2 years. A very small production of only a few barrels.

    16% alcohol by volume.

    94 points.

    $150.

May 14, 2019 - Decanted 2 hours. Still young. Wow...a lot of power. Was softer and better with every minute in the glass. At the moment i would decant it at least 2 hours. 93+ pts.

January 1, 2019 - Enjoyed this wine immensely during a NYE dinner. No bricking on pour. Great nose of cedar, cherry jam, menthol, dark berries, and some clove.

Great full mouthfeel with well delineated dark/red fruit. Tannin has integrated well and was silky smooth. A powerful Grenache undoubtedly, but with a sense of elegance and sophistication.

Paired with horseradish crusted dry aged prime rib, skillet potatoes, and swiss chard in brown butter. An excellent pairing ! This is drinking at or near peak right now.
