June 30, 2021 - Excellent wine, still has good fruit, but I'd say it is perfect now and should be enjoyed. The winery is beautiful; have dinner while you are there. Fantastic.

July 4, 2019 - Excellent. Beautiful round plum fruit. Perfectly balanced. It is perfect now and will last a few years. But why wait. We stopped in the Italian section of Philly and picked up all kinds of specialties. The wine was a perfect match.

October 7, 2018 - Eminently drinkable and enjoyable Chianti. Earth and red fruits on the nose, pleasant secondary notes of leather and truffle on the palate backed by notions of red raspberry. Feels timeless and classic. I got this as importer clearance at half retail but it’s readily worth full ask of USD 40. This is a buy.

August 1, 2017 - Tasted at Winery. Very well balanced chianti from a good vintage. Full bodies, with firm tannins.
