March 17, 2017 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 30 minutes. Cherry, raspberry, plum, milk chocolate, black tea and licorice on the nose and palate. Leads to a long finish. Medium to full bodied.

April 24, 2015 - Dark cherry red in the glass. Blackberry, blueberry and liquorice aromas. Full bodied. Baked dark berries, baking spices and well integrated oak. Lovely concentration. Long, long, finish.
