December 31, 2021 - Butter and nut aromas, with ample minerality, flintstone, citric notes and lots of freshness. But lacking the complexity and aromatic depth expected at this price level. Still, a good pairing with our butter panned scallops. Drink now.

February 20, 2021 - This bottle nicely developed since last time, and is now more affirmative. Subtle butter and nut aromas, with a nice minerality, flint stone, and citric notes in the background. Excellent with our Epoisses. Drink now.

June 7, 2019 - Very hesitant after opening, the wine opened over the following 2 hours. Subtle butter and nut aromas, with a nice minerality and citric notes in the background. But already losing intensity, so hurry up! And don't forget to open the bottle well in advance. Already pretty expensive when I bought it, I would not buy this bottle at current prices.

March 10, 2018 - Having in mind some excellent earlier vintages this bottle was surprisingly restrained. Timid nose, dominated by citric and herbal notes. In the mouth heavy citrus, mint and only hints of vanilla and white fruit. Overall leaving the impression of unfinished work and lacking expression. As I know the property well I give it the benefit of the doubt and will revisit this bottle in a few years.
