February 15, 2017 - Love this wine! What a great example of Priorat!
Dark in the glass with dry herbs, olive, roasted meat, smoke and Spanish earth jumping from the glass. On the palate, it is smooth like velvet with flavors of black fruit and a hint of dark cocoa that integrates perfectly with the grape skin tannins on the finish. The weight of this wine is absolutely perfect!
Time in the bottle has done wonders for this wine.
