November 19, 2018 - Tenue en nariz pero agradable y complejo, elegante.
En boca entra inicialmente con mucha fruta, que da paso a tonos amargos, con intensidad y astringencia.
Tras un par de tragos se va redondeando. Largo.

October 12, 2018 - Really dark fruit and peppery spice. Quite well made. Not really my style, but I can appreciate it. Probably would’ve liked it better with food.

December 4, 2016 - Very dark red for Mencia. Nice nose of red berries, spices and flowers. Nicely fruity on the palate with a mineral twist and some iodine notes. Well balanced with good acidity. Medium finish. Outstanding QPR.

November 18, 2016 - I am not sure what to make of this wine. It is the first time I have a mencia wine. I like at first but it gives me an after taste than is not that nice. Maybe is the combination with cheese?
Nevertheless you can see that is a wine that is very well made. Very dark color, peppery taste. It has something of cabernet franc from Loire. I need to give this another try.

September 29, 2015 - One of the best Mencia wines I've ever had. It still has the wonderful floral notes, but it's also quite dark, fruity and peppery. This is a Bierzo for Côtes du Rhône fans.
