April 11, 2024 - Dark brooding style offering very good black cherry flavors with a chunky structure of tannins and acid that likely keeps this aging for a long time. Just wonder where this will go from here.

April 5, 2024 - 100 minute decant. Nose shows cola, burnt cedar, dark fruit, and oak. Deep black currant palate with a strong white pepper spike that settles down into black cherry, cola, fresh tarragon, and dried sage... all balanced nicely with acidity. More savory herb pair with resolved tannins on the finish, adding dark cherry layers before the long, lingering oak finale. Great wine.

December 31, 2023 - I purchased this bottle based on a recommendation and I’m a bit disappointed with it. I think CUBSWINWS describe it well, a bit tannic and surprising as I expected this to be much more approachable at the 11-year mark. Decent dark fruits and substance, but was muted and never really opened up. This is a tough one, l consumed it over 3 day period but it never performed up to expectations. 90+/ 91 Points

September 10, 2023 - Very nice. Lots of structure and better the second day.

January 15, 2023 - Still quite tannic. Surprised me as I expected this to be much more approachable at the 11 year mark. Needs an extended decant
