April 18, 2023 - Browning red colour. Perfumed with darker and stewed fruits with some mature wood and soy sauce on nose. Still fresh with acidity present. Mature fruits eg cherries and dried strawberries. Complex woodsy notes of oak, pine, woodland aromas (both evergreen and deciduous 😂). Hint of rust. Enjoyable birth year wine. Best yet. 93.

July 30, 2011 - The mysteries of wine aging (2011 IPNC): Ruby garnet color. Nose shows alcohol and milk chocolate cola. Mouth watering acid in thin and tart palate that carries into thin and tart finish. Did I say thin and tart?
