July 14, 2015 - Deep yellow in colour. Just slightly cloudy, quite bright. Reductive notes on the nose, smoky, ripe stone fruit, dark mineral notes, spices, again this slightly dairy character. On the palate really spicy and fresh, lots of minerality, grapefruit, pear - precise, quite punchy and complex, but not heavy at all. Very good length. Should age well. 91-92+
