October 14, 2022 - Not sure this will be a great wine in time. Seemed lacking complexity and charm

October 5, 2022 - Almost crisp red berry fruit (red currants, cherries) and cinnamon. Somehow, the balance between the acid-tannin-fruit components result in a mouthfeel that reminds of a very good German Spätburgunder rather than a Burgundy. Last time I tasted the 2013 Servoisine, about 3 years ago, I found the barrel notes overwhelming, this time I barely notice them. Better with every sip! Still youthful, should be better 2025-2030.

Final largo. Buen vino, fácil y agradable . El tiempo no lo mejorará.
