June 28, 2022 - Med/Med+ Nose, floral notes, butter/cream, gala/yellow apples, minerality, wet slate, lemon, citrus, lemon peel, pastry, sourdough/yeast. Delicate mousse, high acid, med alcohol, med body, med+ finish, dry. More autolytic notes over the origine.
Crisp and bright, some floral notes, citrus and bright apple profile. Backing of minerality and salinity. -
