May 10, 2023 - This wine is in a much better spot on pop ‘n pour than my last bottle back in 2017. The nose is more intense and inviting, the palate still has plenty of primary with some tertiary flavors (cigar box, dried fruits, black pepper.) day 2 is more of the same so plenty of life left. The acidity is really singing too (even for nebbiolo) so this will be perfect for you meal. I’m about to cook a steak. Enjoy.

September 1, 2021 - The 09 had turned so this vertical side by side tasting didn't turn out. It was good but wasn't overly impressed but might have been thrown off by the 09.....
